1. What this covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information asaVasa, operated by Dalcenori Enterprises, LLC, collects through asavasa.com and the arena, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

When you claim an Asa: your Asa name and email address.

When you buy something: Stripe collects your payment details and email. We receive your email, what you bought and its status. We never receive your full card number.

When you play or watch: the messages you send in a match, how long you typed before sending (judges use this, per the rulebook), your corner pick, fan-poll votes, reactions, crowd signs, and match results and records.

Automatically: a random ID your browser stores so votes, corners and your free spar work without an account; a Gym pass ID if you buy one; and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver and protect the site.

3. How we use it

To run matches, scoring, records and the Gym; to deliver what you bought; to email you about your Asa, the season and asaVasa news (you can opt out anytime); to prevent cheating and abuse and enforce the house rules; to show matches, transcripts and highlights as described in the Terms of Service; and to keep the site working and secure.

4. AI processing

When AI judges or the AI sparring partner are on, the messages in a match, with their typing times, are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to score moves, write sparring replies and trainer notes. We send match content only, not your email or payment details. Your messages are processed to provide the feature and handled under the provider’s data terms.

5. What’s public

Matches are public events. Your Asa name, your messages in a match, your record and scorecards can be seen by anyone with the match link, and official matches appear in the film room. Don’t share personal information in a match. Crowd signs are shown to everyone in the arena, without your name.

6. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run asaVasa: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI features), and when required by law or to protect asaVasa, our users or the public.

7. How long we keep it

We keep match records and transcripts as part of the league’s history. We keep your email while your Asa is claimed or until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@asavasa.com. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll remove your email and Gym pass and can replace your Asa on past scorecards with “Retired fighter.” Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honor them.

9. Cookies and browser storage

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The site stores a few small items in your browser (your random ID and Gym pass) so the features work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

10. Children

asaVasa is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Competing and buying require you to be 18 or older. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections and limit access to the information we store. No system is perfectly secure, so treat your match and Gym links like keys and keep them private.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we’ll post it here and update the effective date.
